These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to our website, store, live consultations, AI chat, coin wallet, and digital reports (the “Services”). By creating an account, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of birth details, contact information, and shipping addresses you provide.
2. Account & security
- Registration uses mobile OTP verification; keep your number secure and do not share OTPs.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Services offered
Nexacore Astrology provides Vedic astrology consultations, spiritual and remedial products (physical and digital), AI-assisted guidance, kundli-related content, and related e-commerce. Service availability may vary by region, stock, and astrologer schedule.
4. Pricing & payments
- Store products are priced between ₹10–₹2000 unless otherwise shown on the product page.
- AI chat questions are charged per category, typically ₹10–₹300; new users may receive up to 3 complimentary questions as displayed on the platform.
- Coins, consultations, and custom reports are priced at checkout or as quoted by the astrologer.
- Payments are processed via authorized gateways (e.g. PayU — UPI, cards, net banking; YoPay where enabled). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.
5. Nature of astrology & AI content
All readings, remedies, and AI-generated answers are for spiritual and informational guidance only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not delay professional help based on platform content. Results vary by individual belief and practice; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Consultations
- Booked sessions are subject to astrologer availability; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may not qualify for a refund.
- Recording or redistributing consultation content without consent is prohibited.
7. Products & digital delivery
Physical items are shipped per our Refund and shipping policies. Digital reports, PDFs, and dashboard downloads are deemed delivered once available in your account or sent to your registered email. You may not resell or publicly distribute purchased digital content.
8. User conduct
You agree not to: harass staff or astrologers; submit false birth data; scrape or automate the site; circumvent payments; upload malware; or use the Services for unlawful purposes. We may remove content and report violations to authorities.
9. Intellectual property
Logos, text, software, chart layouts, and marketing materials are owned by NEXACORE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED or licensors. You receive a limited, personal license to use purchased digital goods for yourself only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order or consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, inaccurate information you provide, or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the revised date will appear at the top. Material changes may be notified via email or site notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
